Overnight Oats for One

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1/2 cup bite-sized fruit (fresh, frozen, or canned)
Directions:
1. In a small bowl or 12-ounce mug, mix oats, yogurt, milk, dry milk and cinnamon or other spice.
2. Add 1/2 cup bite-size fruit now or add just before serving.
3. Cover and refrigerate oatmeal mixture for 6 to 12 hours.
