Watermelon Blueberry Salad

When summer is peaking, nothing is more refreshing than a salad made from watermelon and blueberries.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups watermelon (1-inch) pieces
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
- In large bowl, combine watermelon and blueberries.
- In small bowl, stir together vinegar (or lime juice) and honey.
- Pour vinegar mixture over fruit. Gently stir to coat fruit.
